Yes always, when not available Daniel will inform the customer and discuss other solutions
Do you send the watches away?
All repairs are carried out on the premises unless the required spare parts are not available
How accurate should automatic watches be?
-25 sec/day to +25 sec/day , but normally Daniel can do better -5 sec/ day to +5 sec/day
Chronometers are more accurate, they should be within 3 sec/day
